YRC Regional electronic bill of lading helps improve data integrity [11.18.2009]

We've enhanced our online bill of lading tool to transmit directly into our data systems and automatically assign a pro number when you create your Holland or Reddaway bill of lading (BOL). The pro number and associated bar code will print on your hard-copy BOL and labels and will appear on the confirmation screen when you submit your BOL.

If you have a block of pros or pro stickers you prefer to use, simply enter the pro number in the Pro Number field on the form. Just like the system-assigned pro number, it will appear along with a barcode on the hard copy and labels and confirmation page.
Note: If you choose this option, do not place a pro sticker over the computer-generated bar code on either the BOL or labels.
