TOOL DESCRIPTION

Rate Quote

Use Rate Quote to obtain quotes personalized to your pricing structure. You can also select services—which may require additional charges—to be included in your quote, such as:

  • Shipping options, including hazardous materials, liftgate, in-bond shipment and extreme length.
  • Delivery options, including residential/non-commercial, inside, weekend/holiday and/or construction site delivery.
  • Other services, including COD delivery.

Get a Spot Quote for shipments that are between 6,000 and 20,000 lb, are on more than six pallets or require more than 10 linear feet of space.
Address Book

Address Book enables you to maintain a list of contacts with detailed information, such as address, phone and store numbers.

You can add, modify and delete entries using the Address Book tool.

Additionally, your Address Book entries are available for you to use from Bill of Lading.
Bill of Lading

Our online Bill of Lading (BOL) lets you:

  • create, print and email a BOL PDF
  • create and save BOL templates
  • save a draft of a bill of lading in progress
  • create shipping labels, complete with bar code

Save time by using Address Book entries to help you complete information for shippers, consignees and third-party companies.

You can print and/or email labels and BOLs. We suggest that you print two copies—one for your records and one to give to your pickup driver.

Pickup

Pickup lets you:

  • schedule pickups up to seven days in advance.
  • create a pickup based on a Bill of Lading (BOL) template you saved.
  • create a pickup from scratch.
  • view pickups you've submitted to us. You may view and edit your submitted pickups until we've assigned a driver, at which time your pickup is confirmed.
